Responsibilities
Production team members will perform a wide range of duties, such as but not limited to:
•Contribute to building a positive team spirit
•Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
•Apply feedback to improve performance
•Monitor your own work to ensure quality
•Support everyone's efforts to succeed
•Prep and install parts in accordance with Montara standards.
•Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards.
•Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
•Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
•May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
•Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety standards.
•Carrying out their work in a manner which does not present a risk to themselves, others, and the environment.
•Reporting all incidents, defects, hazards, and inadequacies of procedures so that appropriate review and corrective action can be taken
•Other duties may be assigned
