About the Position
Final finish team members are to detail each boat as well as ensure that all boats leaving the facility are complete. Also ensure that each boat and all if its components meet the standards of Montara and Montara’s customers.
Responsibilities
· Detail each boat’s interior and exterior
· Buff areas on exterior of boat if necessary
· Read orders and identify missing or defective parts
· Select proper component parts from a sales order
· bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time
· climb into and out of interior of boats
· lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
· Installs basic hardware and components
· Keep a clean and orderly work area
· Follow safety and security policies and procedures
· Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
· Keep detailed documentation for each boat and trailer (including photos)
· Shrink wrap boats when necessary
· Plastic wrap trailers with necessary
· Apply aluminum coating when necessary
· Other duties may be assigned

· Follow the instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead when doing miscellaneous duties
· Able to maintain attention to detail
· Knowledge of metal working / paint repair
· Ability to lift 50lb.occasionally and carry approximately 20 ft
· Clear verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
· Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
· Basic Computer Knowledge
· Ability to work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner
